We are now seeking an experienced professional to join the team.

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

· Support GM of AOTD to expand treasury business in AO region consistently.

· Secure safety job environment and take care of health conditions of subordinate staffs.

· In charge of developing skill of his subordinate staffs.

· Observing ALM operation of subordinate offices including Singapore and promote maintaining the soundness of balance sheet.

· Reporting Asian money market situation and balance sheet condition to regional MEO on regular basis.

· Keeping close communication with HO banking departments to discuss ALM strategy and instruct it to subordinate offices.

What you should have:

· A Bachelor Degree

· More than ten years of experience in treasury business and advanced knowledge about treasury market such as ALM, banking operation.

· Knowledge in VBA and API to be utilized in ALM operation.

· Knowledge of Japanese and global financial regulations.

· Management skills to motivate subordinates

· Broad knowledge of emerging market specifically financial regulations and tax.

· Highly motivated and able to work independently, able to communicate effectively and interact confidently across all levels.

· Business-level proficiency in English as the incumbent is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond & communicate in English.
