Market Analyst / Trader

[Summary]

 Support and grow the nickel trading business through execution of physical and derivatives trades, market analysis, and client relationship management. This role contributes to profitability, risk management, and business expansion in a dynamic trading environment.

[Job Role]

• Execute and support physical nickel and derivatives trades (hedging & position management)
• Assist in sourcing, pricing, and negotiating contracts
• Monitor market trends and identify trading opportunities
• Manage client and supplier relationships and support business development initiatives
• Oversee trade lifecycle, including documentation, shipment, and payments
• Monitor trading exposure and implement risk management strategies
• Prepare market updates, P&L, and internal reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties for smooth execution

[Requirements]

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in commodity trading (nickel or base metals preferred)
• Knowledge of derivatives/futures markets
• Experience with trading platforms and risk management tools
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
