Marketing Insights Senior Executive (Power BI, Analytics)

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

• Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

• Support marketing campaigns through performance tracking, reporting, and analysis

• Generate insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions

• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular management reports

• Support lead generation and marketing initiatives through data analysis and market insights

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting processes

• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives where applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines

• 4–7 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, sales operations, marketing analytics, or related functions

• Experience in dashboard reporting, business analysis, or performance tracking

• Proficient in Excel and Power BI or Tableau

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Exposure to CRM systems, SAP, or Power Automate will be advantageous

• Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, or B2B industries is preferred
