What you’ll own

·      Responsible in providing optimalservice to Worldpay’s ecommerce merchants worldwide.

·      Amend and maintain configurations for active customers across Worldpay platforms and provide 1st line support to our internal stakeholders. By gaining technical expertise, you will be able to consult internal stakeholders such as the commercial and implementation teamson the amendments process.

·      Ensure Worldpay remains compliant throughout the setup process and meets it regulatory requirements.

·      Encourage great communication in the team by maintaining shared documents and systems and prioritizing workflows.

·      Other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

·      Possess tertiary education or equivalent

·      Ideally you will have worked in a data processing role before, but this is not essential.

·      Accurate, have a good work ethic and you are an energetic and positive contributor to the team.

·      Previous experience of working in an office environment is important, and you can demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize and work to high quality standards and tight deadlines.

·      Able to challenge decisions when needed and work with good attention to detail, highly initiated and a great ability to problem solve.

·      A basic understanding of banking and finance principles will be an advantage.
