Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Litigation Support Director

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic *Mergers &Acquisitions (M&A) and Litigation Support Director* to join our Company.

*Strategic Planning & Deal Origination*

* Identify, evaluate, and recommend acquisition, merger, and divestment opportunities.

* Conduct market mapping and maintain a strong network to source and originate potential deals.

* Prepare and present investment proposals and business cases to senior management and the Board.

*Deal Execution & Structuring*

* Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions —including valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

* Build and review detailed financial models to assess valuation, synergies, and investment returns.

*Due Diligence & Risk Management*

* Oversee all due diligence workstreams (financial, operational, legal, tax, and compliance).

* Identify potential risks, synergies, and integration challenges.

* Summarize key findings and present actionable recommendations to management.

*Governance & Compliance*

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g. ACRA, MAS, IRAS, SGX, and foreign regulators whereapplicable).

* Prepare and present reports, approval papers, and documentation for senior management and regulators.

*Litigation*

* Ensure legal accuracy and alignment with corporate policies and compliance with internal contracting standards, legal frameworks, and governance requirements, including escalation of material legal risks when needed

*Requirements*

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

* Minimum *10–15 years of experience* in M&A, corporate finance or private equity.

* Strong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling skills.

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

* In-depth understanding of Singapore and regional regulatory environments.

* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and high attention to detail.
