MNC: Accounts Receivables- AR (West, Perm, Up to $3,500)

*Seeking for an Accounts Assistant with minimum 2 years of Accounting/Accounts Receivables (AR) exposure*

Firm in their values, this organization is poised for more success. Currently, they seek for an Accounts Assistant/Executive for their Accounting team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage incoming streams of cash e.g. Bank transfer, GIRO
• Identify and allocate the payments made by debtors
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare Cash reporting and analysis
• Prepare Accounting reports
• Input Accounting entries into system
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances
• Month end closing
• Liaise with auditors and IRAS etc.
• Work closely with various Finance and Business stakeholders
• Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
• Minimum 2 years of Accounting/Accounts Receivables (AR) experience
• Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
