They are seeking an analytical and client-centric Mortgage Advisor to manage client financing portfolios and structure property loan solutions. This role offers extensive exposure to the property market and banking networks, making it an excellent track for professionals looking to specialize in real estate finance and asset advisory.

The Role
You will be reporting to the Advisory Team Lead and involved in the following key responsibilities:

• Engage and consult with clients to analyze their financial profiles and property financing needs.

• Evaluate and compare mortgage packages across multiple banking partners to recommend optimal loan structures.

• Manage the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, banks, and legal firms.

• Review client financial documents, credit profiles, and debt servicing ratios (TDSR/MSR) to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

• Maintain strong relationships with property agents, developers, and banking partners to drive referral networks.

• Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries regarding refinancing and loan restructuring.

• Undertake ad-hoc consultancy projects and market reviews as required by management.

Your Profile

• Diploma, Degree, or A-Level qualifications in any discipline.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese for effective consultation with a diverse group of property buyers.

• Strong mathematical and analytical mindset with an eye for structural detail.

• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in real estate and financial markets.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Prior experience in banking, real estate sales, or consumer finance is an asset, but fresh entrants are welcome to apply as structured credit training and banking product mentorship will be provided.
