*NEW* 1 Year contract Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager

Job Duties:

• Represent the team in project meetings
• Understand new product features and how it can be operationalised.
• Support in enhancements required to facilitate smoothoperationalisation of new product features
• Work with the project workgroup to negotiate system enhancements for highly automated processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and submit business requirements, ensuring operational needs are met.
• Analyse product features, make recommendations, and align with team and stakeholders on business requirements.
• Finalise processes with stakeholders.
• Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT outputreview and sign off:
• Provide UAT test scenarios to ensure that the end-to-end journeyare tested.
• Perform thorough verification of the UAT test output toensure defect-free roll outs.
• Monitor post implementation progress to ensure smoothproduct roll out
• Escalate system errors found to project team for resolutiontimely
• Document business/handling rules of products launched in the existing SOP/User guides.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of relevantworking experience
• Knowledge on Life, ILP and terminsurance plans.
• Experienced in UAT testing
• Experienced in product development/implementation processes
• Project management and coordination skills.
