-NEW- 12 Months Digital Enablement Specialist (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Support the implementation of strategic digital initiatives to enhance sales processes and improve conversion rates

·       Analyze data and user insights to identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiency, and enhanced user experience

·       Partner with Technology and QA teams to support UAT cycles, ensuring quality, accuracy, and operational readiness of system releases

·       Track and monitor project progress, issues, and action items, while supporting the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets

·       Proactively identify, escalate, and follow up on risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and smooth project execution

·       Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful delivery of project outcomes

·       Execute change management activities, including communication plans, training programs, content development, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to drive adoption and business readiness

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 2 year of relevant experience  

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
