-NEW- 6 Months Junior Project Operations Analyst (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities:

•       Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful implementation and business outcomes.

•       Drive stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, governance forums, and executive reporting, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.

•       Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage interdependencies, and oversee testing, change management, and adoption activities to support smooth project execution.

•       Monitor project financials, resource utilization, and performance metrics, providing timely reporting, variance analysis, and escalation of key risks and issues.

•       Leverage AI-enabled analytics, automation, and reporting tools to enhance forecasting, decision-making, operational efficiency, and project governance.

•       Identify and implement process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

•       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 1 year of relevant experience   

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
