*NEW* 8 Months contract Marketing Specialist - Insurance

Job Duties:

• Own and evolve the Health and Protection products (H&P) and work with ecosystem team to build on services best suited for the H&P pillar
• Identify gaps and strengthen opportunities within the current H&P product suite and customer journeys.
• Understand internal and external data to understand the customers, target audiences and translate into actionable recommendations for proposition enhancements
• Develop, execute and review the effectiveness of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans to generate customer awareness, channel traction and sales adoption in a 360-degree marketing approach.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to develop tactical plans, such as increasing product penetration in the target audiences.
• Uses data and insights to drive marketing decisions and refresh customer propositions to optimise results and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, creative and media agencies for all aspects of campaigns.
• Ensure smooth executions of events including project management, registration process and administrative work for all health marketing initiatives
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years’ experience in marketing, product development or sales.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance/Economics, or related.
