Job Responsibilities:

·       Managed end-to-end processing of trade and asset transfer transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to operational controls.

·       Performed verification and completion of trade and transfer documentation in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.

·       Processed trade-related cash settlements, asset transfers, and corporate action events, including both cash and stock distributions.

·       Monitored and resolved outstanding transactions, coordinating settlement activities and investigating exceptions to ensure timely completion.

·       Maintained a strong risk and control mindset by complying with operational procedures, identifying potential risks, and implementing process updates.

·       Supported the documentation and maintenance of team procedures, while contributing to operational improvement initiatives and project activities.

·       Exercised sound judgment in day-to-day operations, managing exceptions and escalations within defined policies and business guidelines.

·       Investigated and resolved client enquiries via phone and email, providing timely updates and effective solutions.

·       Conducted reviews of client activity and product utilization, identifying opportunities for process improvements, service enhancements, and training needs.

·       Delivered high-quality client service while acting as a role model within the team, supporting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and professional development.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

·       Experience with hedge funds product will be an added advantage

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
