We're looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office & Administration Executive to join our growing team! If you enjoy keeping things organized, supporting daily operations, and working in a positive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
✅ Manage daily office operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.
✅ Monitor office supplies, operating expenses, and coordinate maintenance.
✅ Handle Work Permit matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM compliance.
✅ Manage CPF submissions, foreign worker levy matters, and liaise with relevant government agencies.
✅ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
✅ Maintain employee records, administrative files, and company documentation.
✅ Provide administrative support to Management and various departments.
✅ Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
✔️ Diploma or equivalent qualification.
✔️ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Office Administration, HR Administration, or a related role.
✔️ Familiar with Singapore Work Permit administration, CPF submissions, and foreign worker levy processes.
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
✔️ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
