OFFICE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor administrative processes and maintain proper filing and record management systems.
• Oversee accounts administration, including invoice processing, payment follow-up, and coordination with external accountants.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents as required by management.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, shipping agents, and government authorities on operational and administrative matters.
• Support payroll administration, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist management in budgeting, procurement, and office resource planning.
• Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration, accounts administration, or supervisory roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in the shipping, logistics, or marine industry will be an advantage.
