Operation Analyst - Contract

My client is seeking a junior operations analyst to support complex financial products and ensure smooth, accurate transaction processing. This is a fast-paced environment with high client interaction and collaboration across Sales, Trading, Compliance, and Prime Brokerage. You’ll play a key role in risk management, process improvement, and delivering best-in-class client service.

What You’ll Do

• Drive workflow and tech initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce risk

• Support compliance reporting and firmwide risk strategies

• Identify and resolve exceptions quickly while maintaining accuracy in trade booking systems

• Partner with Sales, Trading, and Compliance teams to deliver timely confirmations and client service

• Design and implement process improvements across the trade lifecycle

• Manage operational and reputational risk in line with market standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• 0–1 years of experience (internship or entry-level finance preferred)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
