Job Summary

Support the company’s daily e-commerce operations across platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify by assisting with product listings, campaign tracking, order fulfillment coordination, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor order fulfillment progress, identify delivery issues, and track customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Issue invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders accurately and within required timeframes
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to support marketing effectiveness
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization and accountability in daily operations
• Communicate clearly with different departments to resolve operational challenges and ensure workflow continuity
• Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance e-commerce workflows
• Perform other business-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms to support platform-specific operations
• Knowledge of data analytics, dashboards, automation, or AI tools to assist in performance tracking and operational efficiency
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reporting tasks
• Interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, business operations, and technology to engage effectively with evolving workflows
• Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment to adapt to changing business needs

• Working Hours: 10am - 7pm (Monday - Friday)
