Join a fast-growing accounting advisory firm seeking a hands-on Operations & Finance Executive (1 year contract, convertible) to support our finance, administration, and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean and entrepreneurial environment, enjoy staking ownership, and is comfortable managing responsibilities end-to-end with minimal supervision.

You will oversee the firm's day-to-day office operations, procurement activities, vendor management, contract administration, and facilities coordination, ensuring the business runs efficiently and smoothly. You will also drive process improvements and leverage technology and AI tools to automate workflows, improve productivity, and support the firm's growth.

On the finance side, you will manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, assist with bank reconciliations, payroll, monthly reporting, and auditor requests, while ensuring proper documentation and compliance. You will also utilize modern finance and productivity tools, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline administrative processes, and generate operational insights.

You minimally hold a diploma in Accountancy and Finance, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, and enjoy wearing multiple hats. More particularly, experience in managing AP, AR, payroll support, and general office administration.
