Operations Associate – Financial Operations & Reconciliation

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support trade-related payment processing, account reconciliation, and operational improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade-related payments and receipts across various financial products accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support system implementation projects and contribute to process improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the team.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an operations or back-office support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred / Advantageous

• Prior operations experience within the financial services industry will be advantageous.
• Exposure to automation or workflow tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Macros/VBA, Agentic AI tools, or other process automation technologies is a plus.
