Operations (Ops) Executive

Job Summary

Manage daily business operations to improve efficiency and ensure smooth workflows. Coordinate supply chain activities, track inventory, generate performance reports, and resolve operational issues while collaborating across departments to meet quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business workflows to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency
• Track inventory levels, place supply orders, and coordinate with vendors and delivery partners to maintain stock availability
• Collect operational data and analyze performance metrics to create detailed reports for upper management decision-making
• Serve as the primary liaison between sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution
• Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols
• Diagnose and resolve immediate operational issues such as system errors, shipping delays, and workflow bottlenecks

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to multitask, manage schedules, and prioritize urgent tasks effectively
• Apply analytical problem-solving skills to identify operational gaps and implement timely solutions
• Utilize spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and industry-specific tools (e.g., ERP or CRM systems) proficiently to support operations
