Payroll & Claims Executive Central Contract Govt

Job Description

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities.
• Process employee claims and verify supporting documentation.
• Maintain payroll and claims records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
• Respond to payroll and claims-related enquiries.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Support compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with payroll system updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll administration, claims administration, finance operations, or related functions.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Other Information

• Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 6:00pm, Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Location: Central (Napier MRT)
• $3,000 – $4,300 per month
• Contract on yearly renewal
