Payroll & Finance Executive / Goct Sector / Botanic Gardens

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Administer staff claims and reimbursement processes.
• Verify payroll, claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory payroll requirements.
• Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees and HR Business Partners in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor updates to payroll legislation and regulatory requirements, and support the implementation of necessary changes.
• Utilize Workday and Excelity to support payroll processing and administration.
• Prepare payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and analyse payroll data using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll administration and staff claims processing.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience using Workday, Excelity, or similar payroll and HR systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Singapore payroll legislation and payroll administration processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PMFriday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
