Payroll Executive (Recruitment Agency)

Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for outsourced employees, including contract and temporary staff. Ensures compliance with statutory requirements, manages payroll-related enquiries, and liaises with clients and employees on payroll matters. Supports onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and payroll administration while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for contract and outsourced employees accurately and on time.
• Verify timesheets, attendance, overtime, and payroll-related claims.
• Ensure compliance with CPF, SDL, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll enquiries from employees and clients.
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Prepare payroll reports, billing data, and related documentation.
• Assist with work pass administration and HR operational matters as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of payroll experience, preferably in a recruitment or staffing environment.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
