Payroll Officer

• Location: Chai Chee
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
• Salary: $3,000 – $3,800

Job Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for approximately 80–100 employees, primarily blue-collar workers.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll-related records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll-related documentation.
• Respond to employee queries regarding salary, leave, claims, and payroll matters.
• Support CPF submissions, tax reporting, and other payroll administration duties.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll data and timely processing.
• Assist with HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience.
• Experience handling payroll for a workforce of approximately 80–100 employees.
• Exposure to payroll for blue-collar, operations, or hourly-rated employees is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore payroll practices and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
