Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients accurately and within agreed timelines.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit CPF, SDL, NS claims, IR21 tax clearance, and other payroll-related statutory filings.
Handle client enquiries relating to salary calculations, leave balances, overtime, deductions, and payroll policies.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, salary revisions, transfers, and terminations.
Prepare payroll reports, bank payment files, and management reports.
Review payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues promptly.
Support payroll audits and maintain proper payroll documentation.
Liaise with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders on payroll matters.
Assist with payroll onboarding, data migration, payroll implementation, and system setup for new clients.
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and statutory regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing environment.
Experience managing payroll for multiple clients.
Experience in payroll onboarding, payroll implementation, or data migration will be an advantage.
Experience in processing Malaysia payroll will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems is preferred.
