PERM Cost Accountant Up to $7000 #NKA

Location: Tuas (Pickup from Jurong East and CCK MRT)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:15pm

Salary: Up to $7000 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory costing, material cost analysis, overheads, WIP review, and inventory reconciliations.
• Support monthly/year-end financial close, costing journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and corporate reporting.
• Perform gross margin analysis and provide financial insights on pricing, volume, cost, and profitability.
• Partner with manufacturing and plant operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and operational performance.
• Support project accounting, audits, process improvements, and system enhancements related to manufacturing finance.
• Provide financial support for commercial tenders, bids, and other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting with minimum 8 years of manufacturing finance and business partnering experience with an MNC
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Good analytical competency and great attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different levels of internal and external stakeholders
• ERP system experience (familiarity with Macola a plus) and proficient with MS Office applications including Advanced Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
