Manage the full policy lifecycle after policy inception, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy updates.
Ensure policy documents, endorsements, certificates, and related documentation are issued accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Verify policy terms, conditions, premiums, and coverage against placement instructions.
Maintain accurate policy records and documentation within internal systems and client files.
Monitor policy expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal processes.
Coordinate with consultants, insurers, and internal stakeholders to obtain renewal terms, quotations, and required documentation.
Prepare renewal summaries and supporting documentation for consultants' review and client presentations.
Follow up on renewal instructions to ensure timely policy renewal and continuity of coverage.
Act as the key liaison between insurers, consultants, and internal teams on policy servicing matters.
Follow up with insurers on outstanding endorsements, premium statements, confirmations, and other policy-related documents.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in insurance policy administration, policy servicing, underwriting support, or related insurance operations.
Open to candidates at Executive, Assistant Manager, or Manager level, depending on experience.
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, as the role requires reviewing and understanding Chinese-language policy documents and liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with internal systems.
