Prime Broker (Global Wealth Management Platform)

Our client, a global wealth management platform is seeking a Prime Broker to develop and manage relationships with hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and institutional trading clients.
• Acquire new prime brokerage clients and drive onboarding of institutional accounts.
• Promote the firm's prime brokerage offering, including custody, clearing, execution, margin financing, securities lending, FX, and capital markets solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues.
• Partner with trading, operations, risk, compliance, and product teams to deliver seamless client support.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell financing, custody, execution, derivatives, FX, and other investment solutions.
• Conduct regular client reviews and monitor client profitability, trading volumes, and financing utilization.
• Support strategic initiatives to expand the firm's institutional client franchise and market presence.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, hedge fund trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Prime Brokerage, Institutional Sales, Capital Markets, Hedge Fund Coverage, or Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of custody, clearing, margin financing, securities lending, FX, and institutional trading products.
• Established network among hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, or proprietary trading firms.
• Proven ability to originate business and manage senior client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience covering Greater China, North Asia, or Southeast Asia institutional clients.
• Existing relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and alternative investment managers.
• Familiarity with multi-asset products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX.
