About the Role
If you enjoy working with data, building systems, and using AI or automation to solve real operational problems — this role is for you.

You won’t just analyze data. You’ll use it to make decisions, fix inefficiencies, and build better processes.

You’ll work directly with leadership to:

• break down messy problems using data
• design and test solutions
• implement systems that improve performance at scale

Procurement experience is optional. What matters:

• strong analytical thinking
• high accuracy with data
• ability to turn insights into action

What You Will Work On

Data Analysis & Decision Support

• Analyze inventory, demand, and procurement data to drive stocking and purchasing decisions
• Improve and optimize ERP metrics (stock coverage, inventory turnover, supplier performance)
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions

Process Optimization & Automation

• Identify bottlenecks across procurement and operations workflows
• Design and deploy automation solutions using tools of your choice
• Improve data reliability, reporting efficiency, and system scalability and flexibility

Procurement Strategy & Execution

• Own end-to-end procurement, from planning to execution, to keeping stock levels optimal and avoid shortages
• Manage logistics (POs, deliveries, discrepancies, 3PL) to ensure smooth, accurate fulfilment
• Track inventory and supply chain performance, and use data to drive better demand planning and decisions

What we’re looking for!

• Strong analytical thinking, you break down problems and figure things out
• Comfortable working with messy data and turning it into decisions
• Good with Excel (or similar tools), you know your way around data
• Interest in automation!
• Able to operate in ambiguity without needing step-by-step instructions
