Procurement Executive

Oneberry Technologies, Singapore’s leading innovator in security and surveillance technology, is seeking an Inventory& Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. With a vision to automate security services and address manpower shortages, Oneberry has been at the forefront of productivity-driven security solutions since 2003.

Responsibilities:

●     Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with vendors.

●     Maintain accurate and updated inventory records for both new and recycled equipment.

●     Conduct inventory cycle counts.

●     Account for and report inventory surplus, product returns, and any damages.

●     Evaluate the cost movement of the company's products and assess purchase and invoice details.

●     Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers.

●     Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

●     Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

●     Propose improvements to the inventory recording system.

●     Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.

●     Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.

●     Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.

●     Compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.

●     Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Personal Attributes:

●     Knowledge of barcode equipment.

●     Proficient in using PCs and inventory software.

●     Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

●     Strong calculative and analytical skills.

●     Effective time management to meetdeadlines.

●     Good written and verbal communication skills.

●     Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Requirements:

●     Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification.

●     Diploma in Accountancy, Administration, Material Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relatedfield.

●     At least 2 years of relevant experience.

●     Data entry skills and a knack for numbers.

●     Able to speak Bilingual or Multilingual languages as an advantage, as some clients are only able to speak Mandarin.
