Procurement Manager (Corporate Services)

A global company in the consumer products industry is seeking a senior procurement professional to take ownership of Corporate Services category management across the Asia region.

This is a newly created, highly visible individual contributor role focused on building and streamlining procurement capabilities across the region. You will drive the development and execution of category strategies across corporate services (including HR, IT, and related areas),while streamlining vendor selection, supplier lists, and establishing consistent procurement frameworks across multiple markets. The role goes beyond traditional cost management - while cost optimization, compliance, and performance outcomes remain important, there is a strong emphasis on positioning procurement as a true business partner. You will be expected to work closely with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and align procurement initiatives with business priorities, effectively operating as an extension of the commercial team. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Asia alongside with Global HQ, you will play a key role in translating global strategy into practical regional execution. Success in this role requires someone who can operate independently, drive standardization while respecting local nuances, and build strong relationships to influence without direct authority.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least10 years of experience in procurement category management within corporate services spend. Experience with tools like SAP and/or Coupa is preferred. Regional experience is a must, along with strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into tangible, measurable outcomes.
