Project Coordinator / Support / PMO (Data Centre / Banking Domain)

We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator / Support / PMO to support the Data Center team of our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in such project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules and plans
• Monitor and provide updates on project progress
• Assist to prepare reporting dashboards to cater for different stakeholders.
• Supporting project finances in the likes of raising purchase request or capital expenses
• Track purchase request to purchase order completion, liaise with team leads/vendors on PO status

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Excel to assist in project documentation and preparing project reports
• Past project coordination experience supporting IT / Technology projects would be an advantage
• Knowledge of project tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Projects will be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Past project experience in the banking / technology domain would be an advantage
