Project Manager

Within our Financial Services practice, you will lead an end‑to‑end securities transformation project for a tier‑1 banking client, with a strong focus on Calypso and front‑to‑back‑to‑finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: study, design, build, test, migration, go‑live.
• Lead the front‑to‑back study (FO, booking, BO, settlement, accounting, risk & PnL, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, corporate actions).
• Define target architecture, perform gap analysis, and produce business requirements.
• Act as migration and testing lead: define strategy, plans, and coordinate SIT/UAT.
• Run program governance: planning, budget, risks, operational and steering committees.
• Coordinate approvals with Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT governance and outsourcing teams.

Profile Requirement

• 7+ years’ experience in capital markets / securities project management.
• Strong knowledge of cash equity, listed derivatives, market order execution, clearing, pre‑trade systems, custody.
• Calypso product experience (implementation, migration or major enhancements).
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and back‑office functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Engineering/IT or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred); fluent in English.
