P/T Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities

Join our vibrant and dynamic team in Singapore's premier education service company! As an integral part of our team, the Accountant will oversee a variety of financial responsibilities while actively supporting the administrative and operational aspects of our organisation. Key duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparing full set of accounts: Managing the financial records for three companies within our organisation.
• Audit: Handling external auditor for annual audits of the accounts.
• Budgeting: Developing and maintaining budgets for various projects and departments.
• Financial analysis: Conducting thorough financial analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Quotation and procurement: Handling procurement processes, including preparing collating quotations and managing supplier relationships.
• Administrative support: Assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to operational efficiency.
• Personal Assistant to Director: Providing support to the Director on various tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• ACCA / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably within a dynamic industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends and travel if required (expenses covered).

Work Schedule:

• 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support.
