Purchaser cum Procurement Executive (Engineering)

• Salary: $2500 to $4000 + VB
• Working location: Gul Circle
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing spare parts and consumables requested by Engineers.
• Manage store inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels to support daily operations.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of all products supplied to the company.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
• Process purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time supply.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare monthly reports for management review.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure performance and compliance standards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
