Receiving Agent

We are looking for a Receiving Agent. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our receiving tasks, adhering to FSMS policies, and managing the beverage store's inventory. If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual, we want you to be part of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough checks on incoming food and non-food items, ensuring compliance with company and group policies.

• Monitor food temperatures and verify the quantity of items received.

• Scan all incoming invoices into the system on a daily basis.

• Post goods receipts into the system to maintain accurate records.

• Identify and reject goods that do not meet hotel policies, utilizing the proper rejection form.

• Collaborate with Central Purchasing at Shared Services to address Goods rejected or PO-related issues promptly.

• Maintain the beverage store inventory to ensure an adequate supply for daily operations.

• Conduct monthly beverage stock counts for all beverage stores.

• Ensure strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policies, and statutory requirements.

• Assist in implementing new processes and systems when required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in receiving tasks and inventory management in the hospitality industry.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control.

• Familiarity with FSMS policies and procedures.

• Proficient in using SAP accounting software.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to adapt to new processes and system implementations.
