Role Summary: High Volume Calls & Candidate Screening/Sourcing
“Tele-Recruiter” role is recruitment-focused but primarily phone-based, support our recruitment team in high-volume candidate outreach and screening.
You will be responsible for calling candidates, explaining job opportunities, conducting initial screening, checking availability and salary expectations, coordinating interviews, and updating candidate records. This is a call-based recruitment role and does not require you to travel out to meet candidates.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organised, and comfortable speaking with many candidates daily. Fresh graduates or candidates with customer service, telesales, HR, admin, or recruitment support experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with candidates.
Source candidates from job portals, advertisements, and internal databases.
Pre-screen candidates based on job requirements and skills checklists.
Explain job details, contract terms, salary range, work location, and next steps.
Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate follow-ups.
Update candidate records and recruitment trackers accurately.
Support offer, document collection, and onboarding follow-up where required.
Requirements:
-Good communication/written skills.
-Comfortable with high-volume calling and meeting KPI targets.
- Enjoy interaction with candidates and assisting people
-Ability to understand and interpret complex technology and banking-related roles, including role requirements, technical terminology, business functions, and industry-specific jargon.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with using recruitment ATS applicant tracking systems, candidate profiling (based on skill sets, industry, verticals, functions), MS365 (outlook, word, powerpoint, share point document storage).
- Other Computer skills and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and job portals.
-Prior experience in recruitment, telesales, customer service, HR, or admin support will be an advantage.
-Ad-hoc Tasks: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, including applicant preferences, screening notes, skillsets, technology stack, business function, and industry vertical tags, so suitable candidates can be quickly identified for future roles. Support ad-hoc recruitment operations and assist in improving recruitment workflows and process efficiency where required.
