Regional Finance Lead

Purpose
This role turns data into insight and insight into action. The Analyst will support APAC region by improving the quality of financial data, identifying trends, and driving business improvements linked to efficiency, user experience, and cost control. The focus is on proactive financial stewardship and strong partnership with operations. This role is part of the global finance team and works closely with the regional finance director.

Key Responsibilities

●     Build and maintain reporting dashboards for food cost, labour, productivity, waste, and other KPIs.

●     Analyse weekly and monthly results, highlight trends, and flag risks early

●     Translate data into simple actions for operators and leaders

●     Support performance improvement plans across countries

●     Track contract commitments, pricing changes, and savings programmes

●     Partner with operations to ensure menu cycles, labour models, and digital tools are reflected correctly in financial performance

●     Support transitions, RFP work, and new country launches

●     Improve data quality and consistency across APAC, aligning with global standards

●     Support budget and forecast cycles with strong analytical insight

What We’re Looking For

●     Strong analytical capability with the ability to simplify complex data

●     Experience with PowerBI or other dashboard/reporting tools

●     A practical mindset, comfortable working with operators and country teams

●     Someone who spots issues early, proposes solutions, and follows through

●     Clear communicator who enjoys improving systems and processes

●     Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or similar multi-site environments is helpful
