Regional Finance Manager (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities across the region, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, commercial guidance, and data-driven recommendations that support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance reviews to drive profitability, operational effectiveness, and sustainable business results.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership.
• Maintain robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance while managing audits, tax matters, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Champion finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements, automation projects, and process standardisation efforts to improve efficiency and support regional growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
• Regional Exposure (SEA)
