Develop the Sales company towards a customer centric organization aligned with Group Strategy.
Continue the development of profitable growth by managing, executing and monitoring business development, sales and service activities;
Develop and deliver a market strategy and drive business performance to achieve challenging targets.
Secure that efficient sales processes are fully implemented.
Work together with management to set the market development priorities.
Lead the human resource development of the country and/or entity and ensure we have the right people in place securing the a high performance organization.
Lead the local Management Team giving the direction and ensuring that they are leading their division/departments according with the local strategy.
