Regional Senior Executive, Financial & Controlling - GH

Our client is looking for a Finance professional to manage planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, while supporting pricing decisions, budgeting control, and financial reporting accuracy, as well as driving process improvements and business performance initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, budgeting, and closing activities while optimising cash flow
• Prepare forecasts, analyse financial performance, and monitor budget variances
• Support pricing decisions and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Identify gaps in sales, margins, and performance, and drive improvement actions
• Enhance processes, reporting efficiency, and support key projects and analysis

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Min. 4 years in finance, controlling, or management accounting. Open to auditors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills
• Knowledge of accounting standards (FRS/IFRS) preferred
• Independent, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
