Relationship Consultant - Customer Facing Role

The selected candidates will be expected to offer a one-stop comprehensive suite of Premier private wealth banking and financial services and solutions, including but not limited to mortgage, SME financing loans, unsecured loans (credit card) asset Management portfolio investment, general-life insurance solutions tailored to the needs of targeted locals and cross-border segment

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients with leads generation provided
• Drive growth and strengthen partnerships
• Market research analysis and strategies
• Meet or exceed sales and relationship development KPI.
• Negotiation and deal structuring
• Upsell/cross-sell banking and finance solutions and services based on client needs.
• Stakeholder communication and CRM pipeline management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Understand client needs by conducting regular reviews of client portfolio
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, in any discipline
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Customer service mindset
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience inclusive of salary, allowance, commission, incentive and performance bonus
