Relationship Manager (Capital Loans)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire SME clients with business financing requirements, offering tailored unsecured and secured business loan solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits, with a strong focus on new client acquisition (80-90% hunting, 10-20% farming).
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand clients' financing requirements and recommend suitable lending solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities while achieving monthly loan disbursal and sales targets.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit and risk teams, to ensure smooth loan processing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service while building long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of B2B sales or relationship management experience, preferably in business banking, SME lending, or financial services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and managing relationships with SME clients.
• Strong understanding of business financing products, including secured and unsecured business loans, is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
