Relationship Manager (Private Banking Central) DT

Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with accredited investors and high-net-worth clients

• Develop new business opportunities and grow client portfolios in line with business targets

• Understand clients’ financial objectives and provide tailored wealth management and investment solutions

• Conduct KYC, AML, and onboarding processes in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

• Provide clients with market updates, investment insights, and portfolio-related recommendations

• Deliver high standards of client servicing and enhance overall customer experience

• Support clients on investment-related processes, documentation, and service agreements

• Maintain strong understanding of market trends, investment products, and wealth management solutions

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client transactions and services

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management

• Experience managing North Asia or China market clients is an advantage

• Passed CACS Paper 1 and/or 2 certifications

• CMFAS certifications (e.g. M1, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI) are advantageous

• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management practices

• Proficient in both English and Chinese to support Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders

• Strong relationship management, communication, and business development skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
