Relationship Manager-Property(SME, Terms and Mortgage Loans)

Responsibilities:

• Seek out potential clients and business prospects for secured lending (Property).
• Actively promote the company’s range of financial products and offer guidance on loans to address customer financing requirements.
• Maintain steady growth and achieve pre-set business targets.
• Proactive monitoring of portfolio accounts to achieve maximum profitability and identify new business opportunities.
• Strengthen involvement with key partners and proactively build and manage long-term partnerships
• Prepare credit proposals involving financial analysis.
• Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects.
• Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the account management, sales or sales support roles
• Experience in account management, sales or sales support roles experience in SME loans, term loans and mortgage loans
• Strong acquisition, confidence and result oriented to work well under pressure.
• Meticulous in documentation work
• Experience in term loans and mortgage loans is a plus
