Relationship Manger, Private Wealth
Responsibilities
Achieve personal KPIs related to new high-net-worth client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue targets.
Actively prospect and engage potential clients from own connections and resources, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches tailored to client needs.
Conduct market and client research to identify potential sales and growth opportunities.
Provide administrative support, including account openings, documentation, and compliance checks.
Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (risk, operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth client journey.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields; certifications like CFA/FRM or CMFAS are a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in business development functions facing HNWIs, private investment companies and family offices, focusing of trading/investment products, platforms or solutions. Proven track record of top sales performance in previous roles is a strong plus.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, including equities, futures/options and wealth management products, is a huge plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance standards; regulatory certifications are a plus.
Attributes: Professional, client-focused, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in wealth management.
