Retail Banking Officer

Job Description
Responsible for Debit Card related duties and transactions

-          Drafting of approval paper for annual procurement

-          Card issuance and system parameter maintenance

-          Liaise and follow up with credit card centre on a timely basis

Responsible for the creation of promotional materials

-          WeChat content creation

-          Posters / brochure creation

Responsible for the evaluation of fund data service providers

Sourcing and evaluation of locations for new sub-branch opening

Attend to daily customer’s enquiries

Draft out market research reports and analysis from time to time

Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to business needs, internal policies and procedures

Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline

Working Experience

1.      At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.

2.      Candidates with strong knowledge in data analysis or promotional content creation will be advantageous

Language

1.      English

2.      Fluent written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients

Others

1.      Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

2.      Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
