Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive to support our expanding retail business by delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining outstanding retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service throughout the purchasing journey to enhance customer satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with customers by engaging and understanding their needs
• Recommend products tailored to customer preferences to increase sales conversion
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Manage merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an appealing store environment
• Handle POS transactions accurately to ensure smooth checkout processes
• Support inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal product availability
• Participate actively in promotional events and product launches to boost brand visibility
• Maintain excellent store standards to provide a welcoming shopping experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve diverse customers
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset
• Self-motivated and sales-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work retail hours
