Retail Wealth Relationship Manager [Banking]

Job Summary:

Lead branch-level sales by delivering personalised wealth solutions and strengthening long-term client relationships in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and client profiling to identify investment objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market insights, and trend updates.
• Recommend and promote a broad suite of banking and treasury products, including structured notes, leveraged FX solutions, and corporate or sovereign bonds.
• Design and implement customised wealth management strategies covering bancassurance, lending solutions, and investment products.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales experience in banking or wealth management.
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage client relationships.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
