Sales Account Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point for our existing clients.
• Meet personal and group sales targets.
• Provide quality customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and build strong client relationships
• Handle feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up closely
• Service and manage new sales leads from sales development
• Submit monthly sales forecast and track sales figures
• Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Sales Division

Job Specifications

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in account servicing and sales support.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Possess enthusiastic spirit with strong organizing skills, detail minded and able to multitask.
• Able to interact professionally with both internal and external customers.
