Sales Admin Executive (AutoCount / AWS Bonus)

Job Title: Sales Admin Executive (AutoCount / AWS + Bonus)
Job Hours: 5 Days, 9am to 6pm
Job Location: Tai Seng

The Opportunity:

• Hands-on accounts and admin role covering AP, AR, invoicing, payment follow-up and operational support
• Work with clients, suppliers and freight forwarders across local and overseas business transactions

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
• Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Prepare monthly ageing reports and customer statements of account
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Check and verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents
• Maintain proper filing of accounting, admin and project documents
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams on billing, payment and documentation matters
• Assist in ordering, allocating and updating stock records
• Coordinate with freight forwarding companies for local and overseas shipment arrangements
• Support administrative duties and project documentation filing

Job Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or accounts admin experience
• Hands-on experience using AutoCount Accounting Software
• Able to handle invoices, PO, DO, SOA, ageing reports and payment follow-up
